Top Notch Cottage!!

This place is so warm, relaxing and inviting! I just enjoyed the quietness, the serene environment, and the decor, it made me close my eyes and think of quiet coastal living! Kim went above and beyond to make sure I was comfy!!

Amazing Cottage!

This gem is perfect for any traveling nurse. Its quite cozy, perfect size, beautifully decorated and the owner Kim is just amazing! I will be coming back!

Seaside Beach House

Cute 3 bedroom house! The kitchen has an air fryer which we love. The kitchen is also equipped with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The stove did have an issue but the owner made sure to replace it with a nice new one within just a few days. The house has a fenced yard and was great for our dog. We enjoyed using the grill and lawn furniture to spend time outside. The house has a great location, walkable to the beach and boardwalk and not far from everything in Toms River. Overall great experience working with the owner, they are very responsive, helpful and friendly!

I love this remodeled cottage. It has very comfortable beds, couches and has a large shower. There is plenty of kitchen space. The best convenience is doing your laundry right there! It was the perfect location to walk to the boardwalk and find restaurants, bars and beach. There is Comfortable seating outside. Chairs and buckets for the beach. I highly recommend because the owner made me feel welcomed before I even showed up. She always responded quickly and answered any questions. Great Seaside Heights, NJ exp

Onsuite review

The onsuite to the house has been the absolute best! The pictures match the area perfectly. K and R have gone above and beyond for anything I have needed. I do use their washer and dryer, but it right outside my room has had been no issue working around each others schedules. I am a travel nurse from Alabama so I have stayed in many different rentals and this one is at the top of my list. Im not much of a cook so the toaster oven/air fryer has been perfect for me. They also have the sweetest three legged dog roxie that always gives me a sweet greeting when I pull in. The area surrounding the house is very nice and being I travel alone I feel very safe here. Would definitely stay at this rental again!!

Seaside beach cottage

This cute beach cottage is the perfect place to stay. Its within walking distance of the boardwalk and about 10-15 minutes from the hospital in Toms River for the medical professionals. The owner K is very nice and makes it easy to communicate with for any needs that may arise. The cottage itself is very clean, has a washer/dryer and free street parking out front. Overall a great place to stay.

Best extended stay

I am a travel nurse on an extended contract and stayed at this property during my T and it was the best experience. The owner K was pleasant in all of our interactions. K went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again. It was a beautiful, well kept, and clean property. Thanks again K for being the best host.

Fun, Convenient, and Clean

We stayed here with our 2 younger kids as a month to month while travel nursing, and I wouldn't want to stay any where else. Nice bedrooms, great kitchen space, and only a couple of blocks to the beach. Even closer to the Cafe and rental spot on the bay. K is great, and we hope to return one day.
