I really enjoyed my stay. I've had the pleasure of renting this unit twice. The owners were jewels and handled all my needs promptly and with no issues. The location was perfect and close to VCU. I would most definitely rent this place again if I had the opportunity!

Great time @ Apt 3

Landlord was very kind and responsive to requests and maintenance needs. Apartment was cozy, cute, conveniently located near bus stops / local restaurants, and parking spaces were good! Lack of independently controlled AC/Heat was a downside as someone who runs warm, but would def overall consider returning to rent again if I found myself back in Richmond!

Cozy apartment in downtown with very very very kind landlord!

The apartment looks even better in real life than the pictures! Perfect location in a safe and beautiful downtown neighborhood with may good restaurants. What I appreciate the most is the lovely landlord, who is very considerate and warm-hearted and helped me with everything timely. Highly recommend it!

Apt 2

I stayed in Apt 2 and it was a perfect little place for my cat and I for six months while I worked at VCU Health. Very close to the hospital as well as a lot more (walking distance to the library, coffee shops, restaurants downtown). The apartment had everything I needed, and I felt safe in the area. The area can be a little noisy at times with sirens and whatnot, but that's what comes with the downtown location. My biggest/only complaint was that I could smell scents from the other apartments in the building (food cooking, candles, etc.). Besides that, the place was great and AJ and M were very kind, helpful hosts who I would definitely rent with again!

Perfect short term apartment!

This apartment has anything you would need for a short term lease. AJ was AMAZING, made sure I was comfortable, quick to answer texts/calls, and prompt to fix any issue I was having. Location was centrally located to anything you need in Richmond. I would highly recommend staying here or in any of AJ's apartments!
