A great comfortable accommodation choice with palm trees and a warm semi private pool
The unit is large and well equipped with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and laundry. An over sized TV and access to most free channels and movies is provided. The warm salt pool and lush surroundings invite you every day you are not touring. Just check the pictures. The local area has restaurants, grocery stores, and Crescent Lake are all walkable. Tampa Bay is a longer walk but the Bay and downtown St. Pete's is 10 minutes away. A couple of personal favorite touring trips are the Gulf beaches, Sawgrass Nature Park, and downtown Tampa. Orlando is just a couple hours away. The location is nestled in a safe quiet neighborhood which we would often walk through at night. We can't wait to come back.

Amazing location....Perfect for St. Pete area!
D had a GREAT property & GREAT host! I was traveling solo & used this as my remote office, so this was an amazing place with PLENTY of space to work and play. Great & comfortable living room with plenty of places to relax after a long day touring the area, bedrooms were super comfortable although admittedly only used one room. The other room was used more for office work. The WiFi was great & super fast but let's not kid ourselves....THE POOL was a GREAT perk! Admittedly I didn't use it as much as I would have liked, but D was always great about keeping it clean & welcoming! I did not have a car so getting around was not a problem at all, but there is a dedicated parking spot for you off the road. Plenty of Uber/Lyfts around & being right off MLK, it made for a perfect place to set up life for 3 months! Never waited more than 5 minutes for an Uber/Lyft. For coffee lovers, THE BEST coffee & breakfast in town is at Blush - less than 500 ft away! I WILL be back! 5 stars!!

Amazing host and perfect location
D is an amazing host, very responsive and kind. I didn't see him that much, so I had plenty of privacy, but if I ever needed something, he was prompt to answer my questions. Location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and crescent lake, where you can go for a nice walk. The apartment was fine with plenty of space.
