Excellent place with wonderful hosts

I had a great stay at Jenny and Michael’s place in Burlingame. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was quiet, well-maintained, and in a great location—close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and safe. Jenny and Michael were wonderful hosts: kind, respectful, and very responsive whenever I had a question. They made the stay feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Burlingame, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Jenny and Michael!

Comfortable place in a great location

I stayed in Suite B for a few months and it made my transition moving to SF smooth and painless. The landlord is very friendly and helps make the process quick and efficient. You can walk to downtown Burlingame or downtown Millbrae in minutes depending on which direction you go. It's a comfortable spot with a lot of privacy in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment feels new and has everything you need!

Suite A Review

Ive been living in Suite A for a couple of months now, and everything has been exactly as advertised. The apartment was recently renovated before I moved in, and it definitely shows. The community is safe, the neighborhood is great, and Jenny, the landlord, is incredibly kind and easy to work with.

Room C

I rented this studio for the entire summer and really enjoyed my stay. The space is spotless, cozy, and just the right size for a solo traveler or a couple. I especially loved the natural light and the greenery right outside the window, which made the place feel very refreshing. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, which added to the comfort. The kitchen area comes with a fridge, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, basic utensils, and plates. Theres even a water filter, so you dont need to worry about buying bottled water. The only thing to note is that theres no stove. if you plan on cooking, you can easily get an inexpensive electric countertop burner (around $30). Location-wise, its about a 20-minute walk to the Millbrae Caltrain station, which is perfect if you enjoy walking. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and Id happily recommend it.

Great place to stay

I stayed in suite B for 3 months during summer, and it was a great place to live. It comes with everything you would need furnished and a place to work and live as well (desk, table, chairs) + fridge, microwave, big sink, many cabinets + huge drawer and place to hang clothes + nightstand. The private shower is also very nice with great hot water and adjustable water pressure. The area is very safe and nice to live and walk around, plenty of parking and the street is very wide to park in, and close to the highways and grocery stores. Highly recommend :D

Quite Retreat

Ive extended my stay at Apartment D at this rental. Its a peaceful, private retreat with ample street parking and a quiet corner-lot location. The unit is bright with natural light daily, and restful for night workers thanks to blackout shades and minimal street noise. Each apartment has its secure door code, a separate entrance from the owner's home, and on-site laundry for added convenience. The landlord, J, is responsive, kind, and respectful of privacy. This apartment is a solid choice for anyone seeking a low-drama, well-lit, and secure place with great parking and a reliable landlord.

Unit C

I stayed in Unit C for two months and I loved my stay. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. The other occupants are respectful and quiet. I did not see anyone doing my entire stay. The washer and dryer work really well and are easily accessible. Parking is another plus...plethora of parking. Public transportation was a 15-20 min walk away and Trader Joe's is a 25-30 minute walk or 5-7 min drive away. My husband stayedovernight on several occasions. There is no stove; however, I used an airfryer and it was better than having a stove. I would definitely stay here again. Plus, Jenny is kind and very accommodating.

I enjoyed my stayed in this property; it was just as advertised. I stayed in unit C which was spacious and comfortable. The unit was clean with modern appliances and adequate natural light. Laundry/Dryer was a convenient amenity and is coin operated. Shower and bathroom was like new, clean, water pressure in the shower was great, and I never ran out of hot water. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and parking is plenty. Jenny was very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay here again and recommend to fellow travel nurses.

Adequate with exceptions

My stay was ~7 months. Landlord is responsive to concerns. WiFi didn't work and they provided an alternative WiFi login that did work; slow connection. Things to consider: the precious tenant left 4 forks and the walk through paper stated (4 of each set with no total count for all utensils). When moving out, I was told I needed to pay for 4 extra forks because there had to be 4 large and 4 small. Count everything when you move in and take photos. My lease said I had the option to go month to month after the first 3 months but I was pressured into signing another lease. Description says rent includes washer and dryer, but you need to pay $2 to operate each so it's not exactly included" in rent. The water filtration system is not maintained adequately because water quality is in the red zone. Pillows smell like sweat. You can hear neighbors who work different hours. Utensils are not brand new" they're old and mismatched. Rice cooker scratched. Central AC/heat rarely turned on (oncey).

Very convenient for my needs.

Loved this property: I rented Unit B. The home is nestled in a quiet, professional suburb within 2 miles of supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and restaurants. The train station/BART rail is within walking distance. The airport is 10-20 minutes away by car/Uber, which is good for me to do weekend trips. The rental is located on the same property as the main house, but separated from the home. The back yard area is shared with separate entrances into the dwellings. The room itself, Unit B, is a standard size large bedroom studio. It has all the essentials you need. Buy a hotplate and cheap pans if you are interested in cooking your own meals. There's a powerful in-cabinet microwave, refrigerator and full sink, but no stove. Bathroom is a good size with a walk-in shower. Great water pressure and heat. The mattress is very firm, so if you want something a little softer, purchase a pillow-topper. If your outdoorsy, the home is located on a large hill so there is plenty of opportunity to get your steps in and there are several hiking opportunities nearby. Downtown Millbrae is within walking distance with several restaurants to choose from. You can walk down to the bayside if you are interested in seeing planes land and take off from SFO airport.

I really enjoyed my stay here. J is such a kind host. The studio is well spacious for one person and located in a great neighborhood. My favorite part of the studio hands down is the bathroom, which has a very nice stand in shower. Millbrae is such a safe location with a variety of stores and restaurants just minutes away! I would recommend this property to future travel professionals, especially travel nurses who travel alone.

This is a great unit for a long-term stay. Everything is as advertised, and the unit is comfortable, modern, and well-kept and maintained. J, the landlord, is very responsive to your needs and very personable and professional throughout. The unit is very spacious and has all the amenities needed. The place is quiet and private, and the location is very convenient with many different shops, restaurants, and transportation options within walking distance. This was of importance to me, as I did not have a car. I have found this unit to be a very comfortable and safe place and would highly recommend it to others.

Clean, Quiet, Private Studio apartment

I stayed in this property for 3 months; it was as advertised. The room is inside an in-law suite adjacent to the main house; given this arrangement the owners put a lot of care into vetting potential tenants, and so I never had any issues with any of the other tenants in the other rooms. The living space was clean with modern appliances and sufficient natural light. Laundry/Dryer is in the in law suite and is coin operated. Shower and bathroom were clean, water pressure in the shower was sufficient, and I never ran out of hot water. The neighborhood and the room were both quiet and peaceful, and it was a nice place to hideaway after a day of work.

The Perfect Rental Unit

I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nicely furnished place in California. J, the landlord, has been very kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The property is in an amazing location, with outstanding views of SFO airport, highway access, and tons of restaurants all just few minutes away. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The unit itself brings you privacy and comfort. The unit is in excellent shape, and has almost everything you would need to get started living here.

Unit A Review

This is a safe area with plenty of street parking. Less than a 5 minute drive to Mills Peninsula. If you're feeling brave and feel like walking to work it will take about 10-13 minutes. The owner keeps the place nice and tidy. If there is ever an issue with the room J is very responsive and will take care of it in a timely manner. The bathroom looks brand new. The walk in closet has more than enough space to store your things. The place is also super quiet so I wouldn't recommend playing loud music to disturb the other tenants. Overall I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Amazing Place!

This is probably the most beautiful, fully furnished suite I have ever seen. I am so glad I chose to stay here. Every thing is high quality, the cupboards, door knobs, kitchen sink, shower, and so much more. It is perfect, especially if you work at Mills-Peninsula Hospital. It is 0.9 miles away, 2 minute commute. J is such a great host, so polite and very responsive. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with lots of parking. You have multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance and it is close to the airport. I could not have picked a better place to stay. If I lived in the Bay Area I would love to live here long term.

Great location, easy and quick access to the freeway and only 1/2 mile to Mills-Peninsula Medical Center. The bathroom and room itself were clean and organized. Plenty of room to store your clothes in the closet. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Mini kitchen was very useful with own refrigerator. The landlord J and M were wonderful. I would stay again

Unit D Review

Safe, clean, pleasant neighborhood. No issues/concern's with getting packages delivered to front door. J is very thorough on screening the right tenants, which I appreciate. Everyone works in a professional setting, courteous and just does their own thing. It's a great place to rest and rejuvenate in between working at the nearby hospital. The unit itself is great. Clean, modern, spacious. Once my contract is complete and if I am to return back to the area for work, I will definitely reach back out the J.

This will be my 6th month of staying at this property and it has been wonderful. The owner is very nice, professional and accomodating and the screening/rental process was very smooth and easy. The unit is on a lovely end street in Millbrae. Very quiet, relaxing with convenient street parking. It was nice to come home after some busy days to a peaceful environment. Walking score is very high. The washer and dryer is right outside your door in main entrance of property. Excellent, modern appliances in the unit with super comfortable bed. Rain shower head always with hot water. You will really enjoy stay here.

Great property!!!

I was so blessed to find this property. The owner is very nice and very careful about who she leases to, which as a result leaves you feeling safe. This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. I can sometimes get off of work late and I start early so it can be dark at times, I feel very secure walking to my door. My unit is new and very clean- I absolutely love this property and I highly recommend this property to anyone in search of a furnished unit.
