Great Condo and Landlord

Cliff and Katie are great! My fiance and I stayed here with our dog for 6 months and had a positive experience with the owners and neighbors. They were kind, attentive, and responsive throughout our time there. If you're traveling with an animal, just be sure to review the move-out cleaning expectations carefully, as they are very thorough.

Great property with friendly landlord

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I stayed in unit C1 and the property was well maintained and quiet. It was conveniently close to work and shopping. Katie always quickly responded to any questions or concerns. She even mailed me my cat's bed that I had accidentally left when I moved out. If I'm ever in the area again I would absolutely rent from them again!

Great safe location with Attentive Landlord

I stayed here in the A1 unit with my cat and roommate. We always felt comfortable and our landlord Katie was very attentive and promptly helped us with any issues we had. The apartment was a community pool which was necessary in the summer months. I would stay here again if I came back to the area!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks, as we just moved from Arizona. The owners, Katie and Cliff, were so nice! We had everything we needed to cook, clean, and get settled in. The pool here is crystal clear, and heated. All of the neighbors in the area were really sweet and welcoming. The location was close to everything; grocery stores, restaurants, and even a chiropractor! we definitely stay here again! 10/10

Cute and safe little place

I cant say enough great things about the apt or the landlady! I stayed at one of her other units very similar to this one. Cute little patio and a safe quite area to walk my dog. The particular unit I stayed in didnt have a washer/dryer but the common laundry area was a 20sec walk and used a app to scan the machines so no coins needed, super easy and convenient. K was always quick to respond, never asked for money up front before signing lease and returned deposit incredibly quick. Area is safe and close to Publix, Target or anything else you would need. I stayed for 6 months and if I come back, Ill definitely see if K has any other places available.

Great Condo in nice neighborhood

This condo was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. The unit itself was very accessible and a nice place to relax after a long shift. The community pool is refreshing. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The managers were so easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again if returning to the area.
