Wonderful home close to Memorial Hospital

Rich and Sarah were wonderful! The property is in a great location and very close to Memorial Hospital. The house is well equipped with everything you could need. The backyard is beautiful. Rich and Sarah gave many recommendations of places to visit and we're always there to answer questions.

New tenant

Thanks to the reviews on this house, I've decided to go with these landlords on another house of theirs. Glad I did! They both have been so welcoming and it's been nothing but a pleasant stay so far. Really convenient location. Close to everything especially the hospital. Could literally walk to work.

Stayed for 5 months

Rick and Sarah were super-helpful and kind. My deposit was returned in a timely manner. No problems.

I Felt Unsafe

My housekeeper felt threatened of being shot the first time she cleaned the home and recorded the exchange as a result. My dogsitter voiced refusal and discomfort of landlord entry in order to rearrange my religious items, use the residence as storage for a recently deceased person's furniture, and remove my use menstrual products from the trash bin. All guests and bystanders appearing to be guests felt pressured by Rich or Sarah to detail my schedule - where when and location. I had multiple high value items go missing from my move out packed goods and then relocated after I vacated. It was a gun case, that my dogsitter witnessed Richard attempting to claim as his own during a "maintenance visit". Richard stated all the "legal" things when police arrived, AND there are incident numbers if you encounter this same behavior. I was notified by their own family members to beware of this type of behavior ... from Conneticut. BEWARE OF YOUR SAFETY!

Fantastic Place, Large Yard, Great Landlords

I would highly recommended this property. It is a mile away from Daffin Park and 15 minutes to downtown Savannah. The house has two living rooms, a large kitchen, and a huge yard! The landlords are accommodating and helpful. Safe and convenient location. A great place to stay during my internship!

Great place to relax.

I can not say enough about our experience with R and S. They were super attentive, just a phone call away, however also ensured our privacy. We stayed at their "other" property thats listed in this post. The house had obviously just been upgraded, very spacious and decorated very tastefully. They went above and beyond to supply everything we possibly needed from day one (right down to an umbrella by the door). I would gladly stay ay any of their properties in the future and highly recommend them. Thank you guys for making my and Z' savannah stay amazing
