I chose this property based on a previous review and I am so glad I did. The property was exactly what I was hoping for...a place to call home while I was in SA for professional development. The casita is located in a quiet neighborhood of well established homes and gardens. It is walking distance from a park with a great swimming pool close by. Everything you can want is a short drive away, but you really don't need to leave because the casita comes equipped with all of the things you'd expect from a modern lived in home. Great comfortable bed and nice linen. You can't go wrong here. But best of all, the host is very responsive and respectful. She was there when I needed her but was out of sight so I didn't feel like a guest but rather like the home owner! Thank you Ms. D. for all you did to make my stay comfortable..........and for your listening ear. :)

Excellent stay

This is a great casita! It is exactly as pictured. Lovely landscaping! Stocked with all your needs. Host is so accommodating and quick to respond to your request, but very respectful of your privacy. Lots of storage space, comfy bed with beautiful bedding, stocked/full kitchen, great shower pressure, and off street parking! The neighborhood is well established, quiet,, and within walking/biking to a great park and the greenway trails. 20 minutes drive from everything I wanted to do in San An! I 100% will come back here as soon as I can! Thank you so much D for such a great stay! I wish I could stay longer!!!!
