Great place to stay!

The owner is super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The space is perfectly set up with everything you should need and clean and organized. It is also very conveniently located; minutes from the arts district for great food & entertainment and plenty of convenient shopping around. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to reside in Las Vegas for however long your stay may be.

Great experience

Very cute house in a great location. It was perfect for us. T was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to come back.

Quiet and safe neighborhood

My stay at this property was great! This house has all you need to cook and clean. The owner was super nice and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town again.

Exceptional propery

We were in town for three months for work. This property was perfect. Located super close to work, quiet neighborhood, everything we needed in close proximity. Home was immaculate, nicely outfitted and comfortable. Owner is responsive, helpful and very welcoming.

Great mid century bungalow

Cozy and clean mid century bungalow that was in a great location. Owner was very helpful with any questions and had some great suggestions about sites and hiking locations. Owner was easy to contact and answered any questions quickly. We would definitely rent this property again.

Not a good choice

The Windows let in heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Very old and monumentally inefficient. The main sewer line broke at some point, hence the landlord told me I had to vacate the property on Jan 13th with no notice as to when it will be fixed. He said I need to find new housing. So for 3.5 weeks I was living out of a hotel because no water service at the house. When I moved in, the house was filthy. Clothes from prior tenements under the bed. At least 15 empty water bottles under the bed. The floor has not seen a vacuum or mop for who knows how long. I asked to see if the sewer line was fixed, landlord said yes the plumber/fix-it guy was very hesitant in answering that question and stated he did not want to get in the middle of this. I am left the house in way better shape than I found it, but I am doubtful I will get my deposit back. Very poor house and landlord. Beware. Also he jacked the monthly cost up $300.

Wonderful home and location!

This was a wonderful house in a fantastic location. Everything was as described and worked very well! The host is terrific and friendly. They were always available and very helpful! Thanks!
