Mixed emotions

This apartment has everything you could need. Everything from spices to towels. However know that the pics are not up to date. The grounds are not well maintained year round. I had to ask for owner to have the grass cut and remove the replaced toilet off the back porch. You WILL NOT get your full deposit back because she will find something that's your fault. I never mentioned to owner of the pissy smelling stain that only became noticeable when it started to warm up. (Obviously a dog has been there) I just cleaned it myself not knowing she would be so petty when I left. I patched the bathroom window because air was coming in and now she says I caused mold which was already there. But again I didn't mention it because I'm not petty. Also know that in the summer it gets HOT and there are only two window units. ** All in all a nice place but again I never expected her to find reasons to keep my security deposit.

Cozy spot for a travel nurse!

Loved this apartment! I stayed in the 3rd floor one bedroom apartment for my contract. Super quick drive to all Yale New Haven campuses (10-15 minutes most days). Close to several grocery stores in the area and several parks/hiking spots. Beautiful river front view. Apartment was quiet, clean, and easy parking access. T is a wonderful landlord, very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay here and rent from her again.

Cozy with a View!

This was a lovely apartment to stay in. It felt like a home! T is very nice and checked in on me from time to time and was easy to reach via text or phone. Kitchen has full size appliances with everything you need and plenty of space. You can tell the place was well thought out and comes with a binder with all the appliance instructions. The deck is a good size and has great views of downtown and the river. I was able to see three different 4th of July firework shows all from my deck. Sunsets are gorgeous. T is an avid gardener; the flowers and yard was lovely. Parking space is easy to get into and lots of room. Fairly quiet, third floor is nice for us night shifters! I never heard my downstairs neighbor. Yale was easy to get to and if I ever take another contract in the area I would be happy to stay here again!

Great place

Great apartment! Everything you need and more! Super convenient to stores, work at the hospital, spin studio, downtown and the highways! T was an amazing landlord. Always made sure I had what I needed, any problems were immediately addressed. She is very respectful of your space and always willing to share with you whatever she has including flowers in the yard, and vegetables in the garden. My 2 dogs and I lived here for 9 months and felt like home very quickly! Loved this apartments and living here!
