Downtown Columbus home walking distance to local hospitals

My spouse and I have used furnished finder rentals across the US over the past 4 years. We have stayed at 7 different properties and have always had a good experience using this platform and with the landlords in general. We are very good tenants - we keep things clean, replace anything thats broken and leave properties in good condition. Up until staying at this property, we have always gotten our damage deposit returned to us because we take care of the spaces we live in. While we were staying at this property, the bed frame was so cheap it literally broke while we were sleeping on the bed. My spouse and I replaced it with a better and more sturdy bed frame, informed the landlord and left the bed frame there for future tenants to use. The coffee table was also so cheap and falling apart when we moved in. The top part of it wasnt even attached to the legs. Our dog almost hurt himself multiple times by bumping it and it almost falling on him. So we replaced the coffee table with a much nicer and more sturdy coffee table. We also left this for future tenants to use. The landlord of this property claimed that both the bed frame and coffee table were missing/broken when we moved out and that we were financially responsible via our damage deposit to pay for those items. Even though we had already replaced said items and discussed it with her. The landlord also claimed that we stole bed sheets, a comforter and towels when we did no such thing. We actually travel with our own personal bed sheets, comforter and towels. There was a broken dining room chair in the basement when we moved in and we were blamed for that as well. Finally the landlord said a bedside lamp was missingalso not true. We paid our rent on time every single month and were excellent tenants during the entire duration of our stay. Overall we liked staying at this property but to have all these false accusations made when we moved out and to unjustly not receive our damage deposit back when we left the property in good conditionwe would not stay there again for this reason.
