Great people and good location

The house is clean and quiet. Conveniently located to hospitals. The owners are friendly and quiet. I felt at home using the common areas of the house. Great kitchen and the pool is a plus in that heat. Thank you for allowing me to stay. I hope to see you again.

Happy Housing

I had the privilege to stay and rent a room with K and J. They are a great landlord. They are experienced in renting with other travel nurses. Their home is like a second home for me while working in Banner Dessert. K and J made sure that the house is quiet during the days I'm sleeping since I work night shift. They are so kind to let me use and share their kitchen space and cook wares. Would highly recommend to travel nurses like me.

Quiet, safe and comfortable

K and J are so hospitable and welcoming. They are kind and really care about their tenants. I felt very safe and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing. They are very organized and your stay is very accommodating. You have everything you need in your room and the house is gorgeous! Thank you! I highly recommend this place.

Best in the Business

J & K are very welcoming hosts and always make you feel apart of the family. House is kept very clean and tidy. Quiet neighborhood with bedrooms that have black out curtains, which is perfect for night shifters. Ample space in the rooms with flat screen TV, as well as room to sit by the pool and enjoy the Desert temperature and scenery! Central to a lot of locations making it very convenient. Highly recommend renting here, Ill be back soon! Thanks again you guys are the best :)

Great rental for travel nurses!!!

The property and property owners are perfect for travel nurses or anyone wanting a quite, clean and super friendly place. Room is very spacious and everything is available for use - including kitchen, game room and pool! The location is great because it is around everything you need (grocery, gas and restaurants) and is in a super nice, quite, safe neighborhood. I was a woman traveling alone and never felt unsafe being in the area and was so glad I rented from a wonderful couple who was knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely rent this property again when I travel to Arizona again!!!!

The Best!!

I stayed with J and K for the three months I was contracted at Chandler Regional with zero regrets. They made me feel right at home, and the rest of the roommates were always respectful of the shared spaces. The commute to work was always short, and the neighborhood is very safe. Mesa is in close proximities to lots of fun places and restaurants, and J and K were always willing to share their favorite spots. These two are so down to earth, it made my stay in Arizona all the better. Would love to come back here again soon!

Superb accommodations for the night traveler. Peaceful and comfy for day sleeping. They thought of literally everything when it comes to necessities, and they are a super nice, fun couple! They really made me feel at home!

Great place to rent

K and J are very friendly and hospitable. Very clean and organized home. The pool is a great place to relax and cool off. These hosts are understanding when it comes to nursing sleep schedules. Would definitely rent a room again!

Outstanding rental location, amenities and property managers

Beautiful home, quiet, yet location convenient to myriad facilities. Home is immaculate and rooms are well furnished and comfortable and all amenities we needed were provided. Bed was "heavenly" and room was enjoyable and comfortable. All the home is open to our use - pool table,television in every room, table tennis, beautiful swimming pool and deck. We lacked for nothing while a guest here. Property managers were extremely pleasant and were there for any questions or needs which they took care of immediately. Will book here again if we get assigned to this area and we highly recommend it.
