COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS

There are so many great things about this property that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable - we even came back for a second time! The unit has its own washer, dryer, and dishwasher - all work great! The living room and bedroom are huge - nice closet/storage space as well. The on street parking was never an issue, as theres usually spots directly in front of the home. The landlords are the definition of good people and great communicators. Recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

I stayed at this property for 3 months as a travel nurse with my fianc. It is so spacious and a very cool space. We loved the modern updates while keeping the charm of the historic home! Some of my favorite features are the exposed brick walls, lots of natural light, tons of storage space, and amazing private back porch that makes you feel like you are in the country! You would never know you are in NYC! The house is situated on a very safe and quiet street with plenty of parking. Walkable to parks, shops, and the ferry. Hosts are extremely kind and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
