Great place to Stay

Cynthia was a wonderful hostess. Made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. Very gracious. Wonderful recommendations for anything I asked about. Really enjoyed Jack & Fig too. Great dogs! Area felt safe and lots of fun things to do.

great location, even better roommate!

This is a great, large room, with lots of sunshine. The private bathroom is very nice, some of the best water pressure! The house is always clean, the dogs in the house are very silly, but adorable! I loved them! Everything about the property was fantastic, that's why I stayed for over a year!

Great location, house and housemate!

This place is amazing! The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to all of Shockoe Bottom and Church Hill and there are several iconic spots for meals and shopping close by. Of course, it could be a negative if you're like me and spend all your money at Union Market (a cute high-end market 1 block away)! On weekends there's a pop up farmer's market 2 blocks away and you're close to Alamo BBQ, Kahlo's Tacos, Pizza Bones, a yoga studio, the Roosevelt, Subrosa and more. There's countless parks nearby and it's an easy walk/bike to the entire river park system! The room is bright and sunny with a good closet, full length mirror and your own full bathroom. The rest of the house is really cute and spacious with a fantastic backyard. Laundry's in the house and there's a really nice kitchen with all the appliances you could want. C is a great roommate -- fun to be around, considerate and communicative. Her three dogs are cuties and they'll steal your heart as well!
