Lovely Charming Basement in a Prized Location

Phil was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The space itself was very spacious and had tons of amenities, and he even offered to get anything additional that would make my stay better. He also gave fantastic recommendations for the area, which made settling in so much easier. The location was super convenient with an easy commute to pretty much anywhere. I especially appreciated was how quiet it was both during the day and night — it made the space feel very peaceful and relaxing. I also stayed with my two cats, and Phil was extremely accommodating and understanding about having pets there, which meant a lot to me. On top of everything else, he’s just a genuinely great guy to talk to and made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Furnished Finder rental.

Phils Basement Apartment

It was very comfortable staying in the spacious basement apartment. All the amenities were in good working order and have to say it was quite cozy. I worked in the daytime and it was nice and quiet at night. Phil is very nice and helpful. I very much enjoyed staying in his place.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is close to hospitals with hassle free commute. Phil is great and ensures everything is in place.

Spacious basement with kitchen corner, 2 full beds, nice bath and sitting area. This is great for night shift workers. Adequate parking. Kind landlord.
