Relax on the wrap around porch of this newly renovated Farmhouse

Peaceful and serene

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. I wish I could have stayed longer! The house is close to Bellingham with all of its great restaurants and shops but far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. I had some of the most restful nights of sleep in my life here. The house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you will need and the wrap around porch is a great place to drink your morning coffee and watch the horses graze nearby. I hope to come back soon!

Beautiful newly renovated home and property on 5 acres. Me and my boyfriend lived in this home for 9 months and it was the perfect place to come home and unwind after a long workday. It has a very homey feel with farmhouse decor, extremely clean, and every appliance and amenity you would need. The property owners have gone over and beyond to make healthcare workers coming to the area feel supported and at home during their stay and have been overly generous and helpful. Perfectly placed if working in the surrounding hospitals and rehabs in the Bellingham area. Centrally located to both the highway and Guide Meridian making for a short commute to work and an easy drive to downtown Bellingham for evening and weekend activities. The roads leading to the home are straight shots down the highway or the Guide where other areas of Bellingham can be very windy and deceivingly increase your travel time especially in rainy or icy conditions.We loved this home and wish we could have stayed longer

10/10 Wonderful Stay !!

Wow! My husband and I were so lucky to have stayed at this property for multiple months. If we didn't have to go back home, we would have stayed here as long as possible! It is such a great property: beautifully decorated, LOTS of storage, comfy beds, the most helpful landlords and great location! The property faces the road, but we rarely heard any cars or trucks ago by inside the house. Such a treat to be able to look out the windows and see Mt. Baker on a clear day, and horses on the adjacent properties. Loved the covered porch and the renovations of the house, the owners did a great job. The location is wonderful <5 minute drive to multiple stores and quick food including Groceries, <10 minute drive to the town of Lynden (Dutch town) and Ferndale. It took us about 20ish mins to drive to St. Joseph's -quick jump on the highway and you're there! Same to Downtown Bellingham and Birch Bay. I wish I had more characters left to leave even more comments! I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Rental

I cannot give enough positive feedback for this house. I loved living here! I rented here for 10 months while on a travel assignment. This was by far my best rental property while traveling (over 6yrs). The house is located close to the hospital, about a 20 minute commute. Its located in the country and offers a wonderful quiet retreat. It has a beautiful wrap around porch to sit and relax. Its a perfect country retreat with berry farms and horses. The house is beautifully remodeled and has thoughtful touches throughout to make it feel like a home. It is cozy and feels spacious. The house is equipped with all essentials. The owners are wonderful and have gone beyond the expected to make it an enjoyable stay. They are quick to respond and fixed any issues within a day, which rarely happened. The house is comfortable for multiple people. The furnishings are comfortable and the appliances new. This is a charming rental and you will not be disappointed! I am still missing this house.
