Amazingly relaxing retreat, still accessible to LA
We had a wonderful experience staying at Chris W’s Moorpark Treehouse and can’t recommend it highly enough! We stayed in his furnished apartment for 2.5 months while relocating from WA state and house-hunting in the Valley, and it couldn’t have been a better home base during such a busy and uncertain time. Chris was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish—responsive, accommodating, and flexible with our constantly shifting timeline as we navigated the home search, contracting, and closing process. The apartment itself was fantastic—peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The quiet, verdant courtyard was a highlight, offering a calm, relaxing space to return to after long days working in LA and house-hunting in the Valley. The location was also incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the 405 and 101. Finally, we loved being within walking distance of great restaurants, cafes, and shopping, and the friendly neighborhood community made us feel right at home.

Everything a Traveler Could need...and More!
Property is in a quiet area with off-street parking available. The property is nicely furnished and has a lot of kitchen supplies including pans, pots, spices, and containers for leftover food. Brand new appliances, new TV, and new couches. TV is very functional for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Property owner is available when needed and has a great response time. Would highly recommend renting this property for long term or short term stays!

Great Tree House Aparmtment
We really enjoyed this quiet apartment tucked away from the main street with a cool jungle/ garden vibe between the condos and up on the front porch. The place is very roomy with all necessities provided. Chris was easy to work with and an extremely friendly landlord who also loves pets! Off street parking was also a necessity for us and the washer dryer room beneath the condo was an added convenient bonus. Cheesecake factory, california chicken cafe, and a seven eleven were in close walking distance as we enjoyed walking the neighborhood and gawking at the big houses with palm trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in as did our cats.
