C rental was amazing. Cozy, comfortable, and convenient location to multiple hospitals in the east Bay Area. The property is clean, well taken care of, and has great appliances. She was very responsive to any questions or needs while staying at the property. I would completely recommend staying there.

Safe Haven

Ive been traveling for a while and this studio was my absolute FAVORITE!! Quiet, peaceful, and safe! The natural lightning was amazing. Even has a cozy backyard. I didnt want to leave. C is a really good host! She is extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Perfect Little Studio

I cannot express how much I loved staying at this studio, but the fact that I stayed a whole year says it all! C made my stay in Oakland so chill as she was very accommodating and thoughtful. She would check in and make sure I had everything I needed for the place and even offered her personal remedies from her medicine cabinet when I was sick. The studio is clean and modern with a lot of natural light and I am so glad it worked out for me to stay here during my assignments in Hayward and Oakland. Plenty of room for one with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a big screen! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in The Town, you will not be disappointed!

All the comforts for a traveler

New, clean, well thought out space. Very nice and accommodating landlord. Smaller space but perfect for a traveler; has all the appliances you need/want. Has shared driveway parking and the unit is tucked away from the street. Only downsides are every once in a while the microwave shorts so you have to press the reset button on the outlet and the dryer sometimes leaves clothes wrinkled since it is a steam dryer, but neither were ever major issues. If I move back to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for Highland Hospital, Landlord very pleasant, studio is cozy and comfortable. Relaxing backyard area.. Street parking hard to find C shares the driveway which is great! Would stay here again !

HOT DAMN!!

Private entrance, 50in TV, BRAND NEW appliances, washer and dryer, with a BEAUTIFUL garden outside... Do I need to say anymore?!? The Host is amazing! Ur 10 minutes from downtown Oakland. 15 min WALK to the Oakland As Coliseum. Just a truly great spot for anyone that would like to live in Oakland!

This property is amazing!!! I enjoyed every day that I stayed in the Casita Celestina (yes, she has a name )! This warm and inviting studio immediately felt like home! Casey, the owner of the home, went above and beyond to ensure that I was always comfortable! I truly cannot speak highly enough of this studio, Casey, and the neighbors (who are all so friendly!). If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!! Thanks to Casey and Celestina for a WONDERFUL stay in Oakland!
