I stayed with Peggy and her son Asa for 3 and half months this past summer and I had a wonderful stay! They both very nice and welcoming people. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a longer stay. You are also very close to down town as well as plenty of restaurants and cute coffee shops!!

I am a traveling Electrician, Iv stayed at many places in my travels. This was definitely one of my favorites. Large upstairs bedroom with plenty of space, private bathroom and even a mini fridge for extra space. The landlord was extremely nice and respectful. I mostly stayed to myself as I worked most of the time. But when we did encounter each other there was pleasant chats. Very comfortable and homey place to stay. Would highly recommend for short or long term. No issues and was very accommodating if I needed anything.

Charming welcoming room

I am a RN female and this was my first place I traveled to, I loved staying here, very clean, comfy, spacious room. I had my own bathroom and basically upstairs to myself. My host was very welcoming and I was allowed use of house including laundry and kitchen. I loved front screened porch and giant back yard where I could relax and enjoy nature -squirrels, birds, chipmunks and deer! Very friendly safe quiet neighborhood, parking spot off of road. I would definitely stay again. Also super easy drive to work(St Lukes on the Plaza) and easy access to highways. I loved KC area and definitely enjoyed seeing all the local sights and restaurants really really enjoyed my time here.
