Our house is situated on six acres of land consisting of lawn and fields. We also own another 27 acres that abut the property consisting of woods and trails. Renters have access to our large outdoor brick patio with use of a grill and lawn furniture.
We live in a rural area yet only two miles from the nearest grocery, pharmacy, gas station and restaurants. Approximately 12 miles from Maine General Hospital and 17 miles from Central Maine medical center

About the landlord

My husband and I live here at The Roost. We have been open since 2011 and thoroughly enjoy hosting guests from far and near. I have a large perennial garden that I tend along with a vegetable garden which provides us with canned and frozen produce throughout the winter. Homemade salsa is one of our best canned products! We both are health conscious and attend the local YMCA at least three times a week. David is an avid hunter therefore we enjoy the result of a successful season.
