This little studio is a gem off the beaten path. The studio itself has everything you could need and while not large is the perfect size for a one person stay. C and L are amazing host and are willing to help you with anything you need and always looking to update the property to better support travelers. The location is nice and secluded in a quiet neighborhood with hiking trails less than a mile away and easy access to Eugene (about 15 minutes away) and all the beauty the Willamette pass has to offer. I could not recommend this place more for somebody who is looking for a Springfield/Eugene stay.
I stayed here as a medical traveler, this house is a hidden gem in the beautiful city of Springfield, yet close enough to local hospitals. Very welcoming kind family. Very safe place to stay & everything you need for comfort and connivence in this house! I cant say enough about the location, not far from the Coast & plenty of hiking close by. You are surrounded by peaceful beauty. They are attentive to anything you may need during your stay & kind through the entire process. I highly recommend this house!
Very comfortable studio with all the amenities included. Owners are very thoughtful and gracious. I will definitely rent again if I am in the area.

Semi retired Occupational Therapist and spouse, wanting to provide a comfortable, safe, reasonably priced place for travelers to stay. We strive to provide all essential comforts without over charging on rent, understanding many travelers have additional expenses. We have enjoyed the opportunity to host and meet new travelers.
