Amazing Experience!

Our stay was nothing but great. From the first moment we contacted her, Adriana was the best. She and Graham are amazing and will do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. All dishes, soaps, laundry detergent, etc. is provided so there's nothing to worry about. There are grocery stores close by, and the area is really nice to be around. There's a ton of great restaurants as well, and the BART station is a short 5 minute drive. I cannot emphasize how nice the home is, with the backyard/patio being the gem. I would stay here again with zero hesitation!

Incredible Oakland Oasis, Even Better IRL!

My partner and I have stayed in Adriana + Graham's home twice, totaling nearly 11 months, and both times have been fantastic. We're remote workers who previously spent 8 years living in Oakland, so we know the city well, and this place genuinely feels like home. It's rare to find a sublet that checks every box, but A + G have thought of everything: a California king in the primary bedroom, top-notch kitchen appliances and cooking equipment, a beautiful upper balcony, and a lush backyard. This home is easily 11/10! As hosts, A + G are warm, communicative, and incredibly responsive—any question we had was answered almost immediately. The neighborhood is also wonderful. Over two long stays we've gotten to know several neighbors and regularly walked down to Lake Merritt, just 10 minutes away. We could not recommend this home more highly. It was so hard to say goodbye and we hope to return for a third stay!

I stayed at this home twice during travel nurse contracts, totaling over a year, and both stays were absolutely wonderful. Adriana and her husband are kind, professional, and attentive hosts-respectful, easy to communicate with, and genuinely caring. The house is very clean, cozy, and homey, with everything we could need-dishes, towels, and all the little essentials that make a longer stay feel like home. Housekeeping keeps it fresh, and any issues were handled the same day. The backyard is private and peaceful, parking is easy, and its close to grocery stores. They give total privacy but are always available if needed. The location near multiple hospitals makes commuting easy. I always felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for, and would absolutely love to stay here again. I highly recommend this home to any travel nurse or professional looking for a clean, cozy, well-equipped, and conveniently located home in Oakland!

Bunglow home away from home

I recently stayed in the bungllow for 8 months , and I have to say that it was an amazing experience. The property I rented was cozy and comfortable, and it quickly became a home away from home. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to everything I needed, from grocery stores and restaurants and Lake Merrit. The property was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of storage space. I also appreciated the the landlords any time we need anything A and G had everything we needed and fixed within the week. They were very responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Oakland. The location, amenities, and overall experience were all top-notch, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful home blocks from Lake Merritt

We recently had the pleasure of staying at A and G'S house and could not have been happier with our experience. From the moment we booked, A and G were warm and communicative, always providing quick and helpful answers to our questions. We not only stayed with them once, but came back six months later and stayed with them again until we found a long term home. The house itself was spotless and the furnishings were everything we could have hoped for. The back deck and backyard were especially amazing and a perfect place to relax after a long day working from home. It was also really convenient being just blocks from Lake Merritt, which was a great spot to take in some of Oakland's gorgeous views. All in all, A and G'S rental house was an incredible deal and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the Oakland area.

Amazing property!

My girlfriend and I came to Oakland for 6 months as my job requires travel. G and A got back to us quickly after we said we were interested in renting their property. When we stepped foot in their home, we were stunned. The entire property is absolutely gorgeous! Every square inch is updated and the kitchen is equipped with literally every appliance and utensil you can imagine. The fireplace is also a great touch for chilly nights. The house is very clean and both the owners are very attentive and proactive with any needs you may have. They also left us a bottle of wine on our first day as well as random small gifts throughout our stay (firewood, fruits, etc). The bedrooms are very cozy and the oversized bathroom is definitely a luxury. Weve traveled a lot for my job and I have to say this was the nicest place weve stayed in so far. I highly recommend this property, definitely 10/10 stay! If were ever back in the Bay Area, well be reaching out to them again.
