Very spacious apartment. Landlords respond quickly and communicate well. I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. I had a beautiful commute to Alpharetta each day. Would definitely stay here again!

Almost Home

I have been a travel RN for +7 years and this apartment was the closest feeling to being home. Mario and Helene were great hosts. They gave me my privacy and always there if I needed them. I wish this apartment was available for my next GA contract. Great experience.

Great Temporary Stay Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Garrison Trail for four months while transitioning between homes. The property was exactly as described and met all my needs. Here are some highlights: Clean and Comfortable: The apartment was spotless when we arrived, and everything was well-maintained. The furniture was modern, comfortable, and in great condition. I felt right at home! Convenient Location: It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen had everything I needed, from cookware to utensils. Responsive Host: Mario and Helene were incredibly helpful and communicative. They answered all my questions quickly and even provided a list of local recommendations for things to do in the area. Flexible Terms: I needed a short-term stay, and the booking process was seamless.The lease terms were very flexible, which made the transition process stress-free. Peaceful and Quiet: Even though it was a temporary stay, I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the environment was. Overall, this was an excellent option for temporary housing, and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Thank you, Mario, for making my transition so much easier!

Spacious

This apartment is very spacious. Kitchen has everything I needed. Couches are very cozy. Nice large bathroom with walk in closet. Well kept common areas. Easy access to laundry area.

Amazing Experience

Not only were the property owners awesome, the amenities were above and beyond expectation. Beautiful space on acreage less thn 10 min from hospital. Wonderful welcome package with complimentary snacks, fully furnished, super clean. Great family! The best experience I have ever encountered Being a first time traveler they went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my individual needs. If there were 10 stars they would all be checked. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so very much for the experience and hospitality.

Let me start by saying, how thankful I am for (my )landlords. Their place is amazing! They have everything youll need and more here. They accommodated my every need. I consider their place as a self-healing retreat. Its so peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful there you cant help but find yourself. I absolutely loved it there. The place and (my) landlord are amazing.

Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful time in this apartment. It comes with everything you need. The landlord, M, and his family are extremely kind and caring people. The location is great. It is the perfect distance from Northside Hospital Cherokee. I truly enjoyed my time here.

Great Place to Stay

Actually stayed from 11/1/2021-1/31/2022. Really enjoyed my stay here. Awesome owners who make you feel right at home! Very quiet and beautiful area. Lots to do if you get out and explore. Would definitely go back.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

I LIVE IN TEXAS & DECIDED TO TRANSITION INTO TRAVEL NURSING. MY FIRST CONTRACT LANDED ME IN GEORGIA. NEEDLESS TO SAY INITIALLY I WAS A BIT NERVOUS ABOUT BEING IN A DIFFERENT STATE ALONE. MY HUSBAND WAS ONLY ABLE TO ACCOMPANY ME PERIODICALLY. HOWEVER, M & HIS WIFE H PUT ALL OUR FEARS TO REST! NOT ONLY ARE THEY GREAT PEOPLE BUT THEY ARE HONEST & UP FRONT ABOUT EVERYTHING! THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS & CONCERNS. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMADATING & CHECKED ON ME & MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS COMFORTABLE. TALK ABOUT A PEACE OF MIND FOR MY HUSBAND & I! THEY ARE A VERY COOL, WARM & WELCOMING COUPLE & THEIR HOME WAS JUST AS WARM & WELCOMING. THE UNIT I RENTED WAS VERY RELAXING, WELL KEPT & COMFORTABLE. I CAN HONESTLY SAY AFTER WORKING LONG HOURS I FELT LIKE I WAS COMING HOME AFTERWARDS & NOT TO A RENTED UNIT. THIS MADE MY EXPERIENCE OF BEING A NEW TRAVEL NURSE THAT MUCH BETTER! M ALSO PROVIDED PAMPHLETS FOR THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA. NO QUESTION ABOUT IT I'LL RENT HERE AGAIN!!

Had a great stay in Canton. Very accommodation hosts and very safe environment. Cant recommend it enough! Would totally recommend a stay here.

Quiet Location

I have been traveling for over 7 years now and I must say this property is the best ever. It is definitely relaxing and homey with a beautiful escape from all the rip raft of the city. The property owners are amazing! They are super friendly and did everything ti make my stay welcome and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for something in the Canton area. I give them 5 stars & would definitely look forward to renting again should my travel adventure resurface me in this area in the future. This was a beautiful experience and exceeded my expectations. Im quite pleased & you would be also as they owners are exceptionally open and honest.

Beautiful and quiet country property

This is a very quiet and relaxing area. The property managers live upstairs and are extremely accommodating and respectful to your needs. They are in constant communication with you to make sure your stay is comfortable. They took me in at the very last minute when the renter I had originally canceled on me the day before I was to arrive. I have been here for 1 year and hate to leave. This place is a great find. The neighborhood is relaxing to walk, and you must meet Picasso the horse right across the street, I give him carrots everyday and will miss him dearly. I cannot say thank you enough, they have made my stay very pleasurable! Hope I get a chance to come back.
