My place is close to parks, NCSU & Centennial campus, RDU, the farmers market and downtown Raleigh. This is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath duplex with front porch & private back patio, living room and dining room open to each other, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer that you are free to use. You can bring a pup but there will be an additional one time charge of $150 per pet. Please clean up after your pet.

There is tons of closet space, a front porch & back patio, living room and dining room open to each other. Washer & dryer in laundry room.

Wonderful stay!
I stayed here during a travel nursing assignment and it was the perfect home away from home! It was well furnished and had everything I needed, plus some. K was a wonderful host and was always available if I needed her or had questions! The location was also fantastic and was close to everything! Im grateful to have met her, her husband and children. I would definitely stay again if I find myself up there for another assignment. Thanks for a great stay, K!!
