Nicest lady; clean and convenient place (+amazing location)

I stayed with Nury for 2.5 months, and I had an amazing time there! First of all, it was close to my clinic (7min by walk) so I did not need to bring a car. She is clean, which I like because I am clean too. There were T stations nearby, so going to places was easy. Markets and nice parks to take walks are close too. Nury is very accommodating and understanding. She made me feel at home for sure! I appreciated that we had mutual respect and consideration towards one another. A good place to live in every aspect if you are working in the area. Would definitely come back to this place if I work in East Boston again!

Not worth the price for monthly rent

Loud music at any time. As soon as you open apartment door the smell of gas hits you(gas stove pilot not working). Drove to store to buy a Carbon Monoxide since there is not one in unit. It's winter, the bedroom was cold but she insisted the baseboard radiator was working (metal baseboard heater was cold). Back to store to buy an electric heater. Blinds and curtains very very dusty (since a cleaning fee was collected). Laundry is not in unit, is in the basement and you have to pay for washer and dryer. I cleaned after I'm done cooking or eating(the same applies to her). Bathroom is tiny, I hit my hand when drying. The bath ceiling (water damaged, broken and exposed(fire hazard) outlet in bathroom is in the shower(fire hazard). Near Parking when available. Hand hygiene very important too me.If a family emergency or contract cancellation, have your own cancel contract signed too received money back. Close to hospital, pay 2 tolls going and 2 tolls coming back.

Great stay, feels like a second home.

Nury is so great, I came to Boston alone and left with a friend. She is so friendly, lovely, kind and understanding when it comes to any travel healthcare contract workstyle. The apartment is close to the airport and MBTA blue line making it easy to commute to work. The area is safe with lots of restaurants, the harbour water walk nearby, etc. I stayed here for 6 mos and would come back anytime I take contracts in Boston. :) Thank you Nury.

Perfect place!

I have rented this room from Nury for 4 travel nurse contracts, the first one was in 2022 and I just completed a contract 11/2224. This room is perfect and the location in East Boston is even more perfect! You do not need a car, there are 2 Train stations for the Blue line within a 5 minute walk. The Blue line connects you with all other trains. The added blessing is the person you rent from. Nury is an amazing hostess! She is kind, considerate, accommodating and genuine! The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location, location, location! You will not be disappointed with this place, I highly recommend renting Nury's room to any Travel nurse coming to work in Boston!
