Aerie Apartment
Very nice apartment, with all the amenities. Excellent heat in every room that was easy to adjust. We were in apartment 3 with quick and easy access to the parking lot. WIFI was fast and television had lots of viewing options. Couch was comfy, water was hot and plentiful, and the bed was memory foam. Kitchen had nice cabinets and newer appliances. The Resident Manager A was very friendly and helpful. Our landlord S was extremely nice and very helpful with getting us set-up in the apartment as this was our first experience. We would not hesitate to stay here or at any of S's properties.
Superbly located, well equipped.
This apartment building is in an amazing location, smack dab in the middle of the beautiful Spokane downtown. Within a 10-15 minute walk you will find yourself at the Riverside Park, downtown mall and theater, downtown shopping, plenty of amazing restaurants, and Kendall Yards. The unit itself is very well kept and comes with all the essentials you need for an extended stay. The owners and property management are very responsive and usually address issues within 48 hours if not the same day. The washing room is conveniently located outside Unit 2, and parking is immediately outside of the building (don't forget to read which parking lot is listed on your parking permit). This was a very pleasant and comfortable stay made even more so by the prompt responses by the property owners and an exceptional location. My time in Spokane would not have been as amazing if not for this apartment
Unit 2 review
I stayed in unit #2 for 9 months as a travel nurse. The location was great, I walked to work every day. It was also very convenient to walk to downtown Spokane for restaurants and the riverfront park. The apartment itself was comfortable, well decorated, and the kitchen was stocked well with everything I needed to cook meals. The laundry room is conveniently located just across the hall from this unit. The management was very responsive with any concerns or problems that may have arisen. The walls are thin, I could hear the neighbors TV at times. But overall, this apartment had everything I needed, and I enjoyed living here very much!
travel nursing review
I stayed here for close to three months for a travel nursing assignment. I stayed here with another person. It was overall a cute apartment and had most of the things one would need for a three-month assignment (some things were dirty and left behind by other tenants). Also close to downtown in walking distance to restaurants and the Spokane River. The unit is right next to the trash room which is very loud when other tenants throw things away. The dumpster is placed outside the units window (which had to stay partially open for the window AC unit) and is picked up late at night which is very noisy. There were a couple occasions where people were picking through the garbage right outside the window while we were in the living room. We had plumbing issues soon after we arrived and the sink would back up and smell, once the issue was made known to the property manager, plumbing was on site the next day and fixed the issue. Solutions were also very quickly given when the drain in the bedroom closet began to smell. The bedroom has no natural lighting which made it quite stuffy. Very little storage for clothes and it is in drawers under the bed which makes it inconvenient especially for 2 people. Some thing s needed replacing upon arrival including a light bulb in the bedroom and the shower curtain liner which was very dirty. Overall, I felt it was overpriced for the area and the accommodation.
