Hi, I stayed here for 5 months so just wanted to write a review for incoming nurses looking for a place to stay. Pros: place has everything you need; good HVAC; good wifi; shower water is decently hot; washer/dryer never broke on me. Cons: NOISE, minimal privacy, bugs/insects. The noise was so bad that i could hear the upstairs tenants doing regular household chores/ activities such as closing drawers, sweeping, walking, talking etc. Did not sleep good. Not allowed to have my guests over often without sending their ID. I personally feel like for the price you pay you should not have to explain why you have a guest over. Ants/slugs and gnats attracted to that house. Owners did get exterminator when i complained. Overall, it's one of the more decently priced places on furnished finder and like I said it does have everything you need. No tv in the bedroom so bring one. I wouldn't stay here again because the cons were conning. If you have short contract/ dont mind the cons, you'll be good.
