Home away from Home

This did not feel like your typical AirBnB. From the initial inquiry to the end of the contract I felt like I was interacting with a Friend. The space is very comfortable and just like the name...cozy. I was able to relax in the spacious living area or be caught up in the serenity of the calming body of water that was directly outside my door. This is a safe environment. I had no apprehensions about coming/going at late hours. Be prepared to forget this is not your house! The comfort level is real! Good water pressure from the shower. Convenient cooking area and appliances for preparation of small meals. I'd definitely recommend 10/10!

Perfect quiet place for travel nurses

Beautiful neighborhood! I work nights and this place was perfect for a day sleeper. Very quiet! My dog loved the backyard. There was a beautiful pond with geese. I got to watch some baby geese grow up while I was there. Marilyn was the perfect host. Left us to ourselves but always a text away if we had any questions or concerns. Would most definitely stay here again and I recommend it to any traveling nurses. (Especially if you sleep during the day! Its a basement apartment, and it is super dark when you turn out the lights) Parking is off of the street and down around by the apartment door. Easy to walk in groceries and belongings. Lockbox on the door was perfect. It held the keys so I could unlock and lock doors as I was leaving. I didnt have to worry about losing keys. The hot water never ran out, the shower has good power and the washer/dryer did a great job.
