Great View at Cost of Poor Communication

The room appears the way it was in the pictures on listing and has a great view, but the poor communication of the property manager and the complex's many inconveniences made it a rather uncomfortable stay. There were unnanncouned random fire drills in the building, getting through security initially or guests/food delivery was generally a hassle, and the location of where things around the complex were was not explained by the manager. When we would message the manager, they wouldn't always reply. Workers would knock on our door at 8 AM in the morning with no notice and enter claiming "issues with smoke detectors" or "To show a tenant our room as an example to a prospective tenant." Pay attention to the fees and lease terms, they take a month's security deposit and charge application fees + replacement fees for petty things like towels (For $80) in our case until we received half our deposit back in a check over 2 weeks after we left. The room wasn't bad and was in fair condition.

This place is amazing! Gated complex makes you feel safe. Landlords are very responsive. Walking distance to all downtown activities. This place is definitely a home away from home.

Great place to stay

Great property manger and great owners. They were incredibly accommodating and wonderful people. This unit has a beautiful view of the city. Has everything that is needed for an extended stay. They even included provisions such as laundry soap, dish soap, and toilet paper to say the least. They even had a welcome package as well as dropping off a care package for the holidays. Overall the place is great, it is a secured building with 24/7 security. If I return to Tulsa I will rent from Poetic.
