Absolutely perfect place for one! Close to Las Palmas (5 blocks) & 4 miles from UMC & 11 miles from Del Sol!! Gas stove, kitchen aid oven, fridge, all the necessities!! Super sweet landlord & great area to stay!! Lots of restaurants & places to go just blocks away!! Really enjoyed my stay!!!

I am a RN with 35 + years experience who in the last 2 years have been a traveling nurse and have experienced housing needs for a short term rental. I expect my short term rental to be quiet, safe and clean. I also like renovating old houses and making them new but with character. My casita has character, privacy , clean , small ,cozy and I feel very comfortable staying there instead of my house in front.
