Sunset Nook

I had a really positive experience staying at the Sunset Nook with a private bath hosted by Nathan B. The space felt cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up—perfect for a comfortable short- or mid-term stay. Having a private bathroom was a big plus and made the whole experience feel much more convenient and relaxed. Nathan was a great host—responsive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Everything from move-in to day-to-day logistics was smooth, and it was clear he puts effort into making sure guests feel welcome without being intrusive. The house has a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to unwind after a long day. The space was well-organized and had everything I needed. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and hassle-free place with a reliable host.

Comfortable living arrangements

This property is perfectly located to where everything you need is within 10 minutes, but situated on a slow and quiet residential road. Any inquiries relative to maintenance were handled quickly and efficiently. Overall communication between tenant and landlord was equally efficient. Great affordability for location.

Home away from home!

I have enjoyed every moment of my stay here. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is beautiful and very cozy. Nathan is the best. He is very accommodating and ensures that his tenants are comfortable and have everything they need throughout their stay. I highly recommend checking out the different rooms he has to offer. Also, he has a very cute dog! Would definitely rate higher if I could.

Comfortable and good location

Nice clean place! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The location worked out great since its centrally located between Bonita Springs and Ft. Myers. Highly recommended

A Perfect Find!

I am a Travel Contractor and this property was everything I needed. N is very professional and kind with a good spirit. His property fits all the accommodations that you need, and the location is close to all your shopping needs as well.The rooms are clean and they are exactly like the pictures. I work at night and he made sure that I have a well lit area near my door and always asks if I need anything. His dog Lilly is the perfect greeter! She's really the icing on the cake. I appreciate him for making his place safe and feeling like home when I'm far away from home...that means a lot. So if you were contemplating whether or not this is the place to rent....IT IS!!! Thank you N for being an amazing human being.

Remote worker perfect destination

This is a great place for remote workers. I came to Fort Myers on a work transfer and needed a short term rental while I found permanent accommodations. This was a perfect find. My unit came with a fridge, microwave, tv, queen bed, desk, wifi and quiet. I was able to work without distractions. Bathrooms located on both levels and an onsite laundry room. There is private parking and the area was nice. If your solo this is the perfect destination.

Great place for travel nurses

I rented a room here for 3 months while doing a contract at Gulf Coast Medical Center. The house is great and the location was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood. N is an awesome landlord. I highly recommend this spot.
