Perfect place

I'm currently staying here during my travel assignment and it's a perfect spot! Super close to the beach, walkable to many bars and restaurants, private yard, and E and her family are so sweet! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and stay here again!

perfect spot for west la

E is super responsive and kind and the studio is a perfect spot for any jobs located in the Santa Monica area. It's quiet and peaceful along an area with many things to do. Highly reccomend if you have an assignment in Santa Monica. It's also perfect location to explore other parts of LA, and is close to LAX if needed!

Venice studio

Great location and little studio! The place is in a prime location for exploring Venice and has everything you need! Parking was always easy and safe. Host is also very accommodating! Would absolutely book again.

Wonderful Spot in Venice

The owner E and her family are great, they will respond to any concerns and they are the perfect amount of friendly while respecting privacy. The location is great, with grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. We originally had the place for 3 months and extended it for another month. If I had to be in the Venice area, I would have no problem staying in this unit again.

Perfect location in a quiet tucked away neighborhood

E's property was 100% as advertised and has all the amenities you would need for a short term stay in a furnished apt. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with basic cookware and kitchenware. I cook a fair amount and although the fridge is small, it does include a freezer. There are two grocery stores within walking distance, including Whole Foods and you are about a mile from the excellent Mar Vista farmers market which happens Sunday. Maybe the best thing about this place is the location. You are about a 10 min walk to Abbott Kinney and maybe 20 mins from Venice Beach. The beach is great but to me the most highly desirable streets in Venice run along Lincoln in this particular neighborhood.

Cute Studio near the beach

My stay has been great so far. The studio has the essentials for quick meals: hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker. It has been nice to enjoy the California sun or a glass of wine on the patio area. I feel safe, since the studio is tucked away on a quiet street, behind locked gates. Parking is easy on the street. There's good air flow between two windows and the sliding screen door. The landlord is great and responsive. And the best of all is that the location is near the Venice beach, the Santa Monica Pier, and tons of great restaurants. It was about a 10 minute drive to St. John's Health Center. Overall, would recommend!

Fabulous Accommodation

Really nice place. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Great value for money. Owner is very helpful which helps when you are new to the area.
