Home has total of 5 rooms and 2 shared bathrooms. One single professional living per room. Ocasional kitchen use okay (once a week) since me and my brother (who live in home) already cook and kitchen can become crowded. There's also no space in main kitchen fridge for roommates to store their food hence everyone has personal mini fridge inside their room and microwave. No pets of any kind allowed. Non smokers allowed.

Room is accessed using house main door. Ocasional kitchen access okay. Once a week access to laundry machines okay must provide own detergent. Shared areas cleaned once a month. Each roomate MUST keep their room clean of food & debri to prevent infestation and common areas clean. MUST clean after themselves. There is no daily janitor.

Loved these people!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, and C! They are so warm and inviting. I stayed in the private room with the private entrance. Very comfortable and very cozy. It was just a perfect experience and a perfect place! I felt just like home. Location is. Very convenient to wherever you would like to go in San Jose. Maybe 15 minutes from the airport . the owners of the home are the most wonderful people. Ill truly miss them! Great place!! Parking is convenient, its a shared bathroom, but very clean, washer and dryer. Very convenient to use as well. Very easy to book large room is very private just off the kitchen with a sitting room and a TV.

100% recommend!
I will miss this room! I stayed here from July-November. The room is so clean and homey, spacious too! Bigger than it looks on the picture! Everything is up to date. With your own vanity, reclining chair, TV, heater/air conditioner, fridge & microwave! Everyone in the house are very nice and welcoming, theyve always make sure that I have everything I need. C is very communicative, helpful, & understanding. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to San Jose!

Great private space, larger in person than it appears online. C and family are very welcoming and accommodating. Nice location, close to almost everything you could need.I highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay
I had a pleasant stay. The Soto family were very welcoming. I felt like family. My room was spacious, you can't beat the price for San Jose, California. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close proximity to the airport and the facility I worked at. Target, Chipotle, Panda Exress, Jamba Juice, Dennys all within a 3 minutes drive. Nice walking parks near by as well. I definitely recommend this spot.

Very quite neighborhood. Friendly Property Owner and helped with all my needs to have a very comfortable stay. You have your own space with a refrigerator, tv and microwave. Private entrance to your room. You can use kitchen facilities in other room with a shared shower and bathroom. Very clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are working or finding a place to stay short or long term.
