Fully Furnished Oasis

great comfy spot!!

Awesome location to rent- close to ENMMC, walking trails, in a nice neighborhood, close to parks, and main st. Its in a quiet neighborhood, has a new comfy bed, blackout curtains, and amazing AC system -needless to say my partner and I slept like babies every night. Plenty of storage and even a garage!! Has everything you need and more -laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, pots/pans, paper goods, charcoal grill, sled (for White Sands NP), umbrellas, etc.. our only inconvenience was (because we cook A LOT) the smaller kitchen sink/no dishwasher. K is super responsive and very accommodating. Absolutely LOVED staying here and would recommend it to my friends and family!!

Can't Recommend- Loud and poorly managed

They only do 3 month leases and are not flexible at all when contracts are cancelled.I had to leave a month early because my contract was cancelled and they kept my deposit.I have had contracts end early before and previous property owners were nothing but kind, courteous, and understanding.I have never had a deposit kept before.I have also never paid such a high deposit especially since the property isn't anything special.It's all old furniture, old tvs, a tiny fridge, and a cheap foam mattress.Ive never had more than a $400 deposit before here.I never received a copy of the lease extension and never received receipts when paying rent.I asked multiple times for receipts.They only accept cash or CASHIERS checks.Use Venmo, it's the 21st century.neighborhood is loud and people leave their dogs out all night and they bark all night.I never got one night of full sleep. I had to buy a stun gun to walk my dogs because there are so many lose dogs.Ive traveled for4 years and this was the worst
