Cozy and Comfortable

I stayed for 6 months and felt right at home. Dolsie is an incredible host, very kind and caring. I would highly recommend this property, Safe, secure, clean, and private!!!

Amazing and Very welcoming

Ms. Harding was amazing and very welcoming I enjoyed my stay at her lovely home very well. She was very attentive to her guests needs and wants. I had difficulty getting around and she even offed to drive me to the store to get around a few times. Truly one of the best people I have ever stayed with and I would definitely rent again if I ever come back to MA.

Peaceful Stay

I couldnt have asked for a more peaceful stay during my first travel assignment in Boston. The landlord is such a kind person; she went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and was very attentive to any needs. She truly treated my daughter and I like family during my stay. On our first day in, she came by to make sure we had everything we need and even brought us breakfast the following morning! Ms. H kindness truly made my stay a priceless experience! This location is not only comfortable, but very convenient to redline train and bus stations, which were within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Couldnt have asked for a better experience and definitely will be back when traveling to Boston in future

Good Community

Friendly environment, quick responses from property owner. I was here for Thanksgiving and all tenants were invited to family celebration. Shared spaces offer ample space for cooking and storage. Coin laundry on property. Clean and quiet. Public transportation, shopping, and several dining choices within walking distance.

10/10 Stay

I highly recommend to stay at this property. The owner runs a tightly operated housing and makes everyone feel comfortable. When I chose to stay, I was taken in kindly and was welcomed with open arms. The property is CLEAN and very comfortable. The owner takes safety and cleanliness very seriously. As a woman staying alone here, I never felt uncomfortable once. All bedrooms have their own lock and the other housemates were kind and mindful. Everyone cleaned up after themselves and even offered to cook for me! Laundry is conveniently in the unit and the kitchen and living room are very put together and feel like home. I never had a single issue during my stay here. The owner made me feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed. She was always very kind and even helped me out when I needed it. The owner took me in immediately when I was in need of emergency housing. I could not ask for a better place to stay, with such an empathic housemates and owner. Clean, organized, secure and comfortable!

D is amazing! She's very responsive and treats you like her family. I enjoyed my stay here, she made sure i was comfortable, it's in a good location, Quiet area and close to public transportation for a good price! i'll definitely rent with her again

Awesome Assignment stay

I stayed in this property in the summer of 2021 for my travel assignment. It was such a perfect fit for my stay. The house was well-kept and spacious. My room I occupied was comfortable and cozy. All of the amenities were available which made everything so convenient and Ms. D was very responsive. I would definitely rent again whenever I'm in Boston.
