Great apartment near Mercy San Juan

This apartment is attached to the main house and has a private entrance and a dedicated parking spot. Easy 15-minute drive to Mercy San Juan. The apartment is private, clean, and comfortable. The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood of nice homes. Katia was a wonderful host and very responsive.

Great place to stay

I stayed here when I was working at Mercy San Juan and it was the cutest little space for me. I was very happy with having lots of closet space and a full sized fridge and stove to cook. Ms. Katia and Richard are very nice and tended to every need. Very prompt and responsive and always checking to make sure everything is ok. Ms. Katia even baked delicious goodies and picked fresh flowers for me. It was a very welcoming environment. I didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool, but its a nice private backyard and should be enjoyed. The whole home is like a little dream house with fruit trees and flower garden tucked away in a cul de sac. I liked the area because it wasn't too far from anything essential. Would definitely stay here again! Its perfect for traveling professionals.

Carmichael rental

If you need a short-term rental in Carmichael, I encourage you to contact the owners of this property and check it out. I spent three months here and the owners are charming and very responsive people. No off-site agency problems! They live on the property, which is quiet and extremely secure. Shopping and recreation are close by. I have found it very challenging to use FF and actually find an available property despite contacting many owners, who supposedly have properties available. This is not the case with R and K. It was easy to rent from them.

Wonderful stay

This was my first experience with Furnished Finder. I stayed for three months and I couldn't have asked for better landlords than K and R. They are very responsive, considerate, always making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arose. The photos are an accurate representation of the studio. Its good sized, has plenty of storage space and all the supplies you would need. I loved the gas stove and oven for cooking. The bathroom was also good sized with a full bathtub. Katia provided plenty of towels and linens which was great. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. With its proximity to the American River Trail and several parks nearby it was convenient for taking walks and going for jogs. The only thing missing was a washer/dryer but theres a laundromat just around the corner. I highly recommend this unit and K and R as landlords and wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again in the future.

Wonderful Experience

This is a lovely, quiet peaceful apartment. King sized bed, huge closet, very nice furnishings. R*** and K*** responded promptly with the few issues that came up. They made me feel welcome from the start.

Home away from home

Thank you Richard and Katia for letting us stay at your apartment for 3 month. My wife and I enjoyed staying at your apartment. It was a pleasure to have met both of you, your neighbors and the city of Carmichael. Richard and Katia are very accommodating and quick to respond to take care of a few problems we have had. And thank you for figs. They were very delicious.
