4 month stay - lovely condo!

My fiance and I stayed at this condo for a little over 4 months and we loved it! We've moved around and have stayed at multiple furnished finders for our work travels and this place is great. Equipped with everything needed from kitchen to towels, sheets etc. It's a safe, quiet neighborhood other than a little bit of noise from the hospital. Its walkable to the beach and very close to 17th with tons of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful! Its very spacious, modern, clean, and has everything you need! I loved being on the top floor with a balcony, and the elevator allows for easy navigation through the building. The beds are very comfortable, and bathrooms and kitchen are updated and nice! The apartment also has a ton of closet storage, which is always a plus. Its located in a great area of Newport, inside a gated complex, with amazing amenities! The pool and hot tub area is absolutely gorgeous. R is a very flexible and responsive landlord. I dont have a bad thing to say! I wish I couldve stayed longer! Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Amazing

My roommate and I lived here for 6 months and loved every second of it. Amazing location, very clean and updated condo, and the landlord is great to work with. The only down side is laundry is in the parking garage, other than that it was an awesome place to live and we would recommend.
