Amazing host and accommodations !

I highly recommend this listed. The host is well organized and a great communicator, and it had all the furnishings/home goods that we needed. The plot is beautiful - the private deck and yard come with a beautiful tree that provides shade right where you need it - it is a little private oasis.

Quiet and cozy

Everything was very clean and well thought out to make this property feel like home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything that I needed, and I loved the coffee machine. The backyard was very serene, and I felt very safe. The laundry room was very convenient, and the other tenant on the property was very courteous about putting my packages near my entrance. Overall, the stay was very good, and Lisa was very kind and accommodating. Would recommend to any one to stay here.

From a travel nurse -perfect place to stay!

I worked at Sharp in Chula Vista (20min away from the house) and this place provided me with plenty of social distancing space during the lockdown but not too far from downtown SD (12min drive) either. It is very well furnished and has that homey, cozy feeling to it. The couches were comfortable, the bedroom had soft pillows, blankets and comforter. Every single cooking ware, utensils etc are provided. BBQ grill and laundry were easy to schedule. I almost had it all to myself. You don't really need to bring anything but your clothes/shoes/toiletries. Everything on the description on this ad is as described. I really don't have anything negative to say about my experience. It was perfect for me.
