A week stay near to MD Anderson

I had a very positive experience staying in this apartment for a week. Its location is excellent, especially due to its proximity to the Medical Center area and MD Anderson Cancer Center, which was the reason for my visit. Being so close made everything much easier and less stressful. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped, providing a very comfortable stay. The owners are very friendly and always willing to help with anything you need.

A great place!

This was a great place for me to stay for a one month student rotation at MD Anderson! It was a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the hospital. The landlord was very quick to answer any questions I had. You are a quick drive from parks, the zoo, and coffee shops/restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Great place

Summer intern at Texas Medical Center. The property is in close proximity to work and is pretty convenient in that way. Landlord has always been helpful, the property has plentiful daily necessities which made move in very easy for us. Great experience, would recommend!

As a visiting PA student for a clinical rotation at MD Anderson, I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Houston for my month long stay. The close proximity to Texas Medical Center made for a better experience without the added stress of a long commute. The host was very welcoming and prompt to address any concerns or questions I may have had. He even made recommendations for coffee and food places to try out nearby. I felt very welcomed and at home during my stay, and I would want to stay again! Great experience!

Perfect place to stay near the Texas Medical Center

My friend and I feel so lucky that we found this living situation during our clinical rotation at the Texas Medical Center. The location was incredibly convenient, and it was so nice avoiding the Houston traffic after a long day at work! The area is very safe, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The landlords were wonderful! They were so kind and always willing to offer helpful advice on local restaurants, shopping, parks, and safe areas to explore. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Houston. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and convenient stay near the Texas Medical Center!

Great year

I spent a year here during fellowship and really enjoyed it. I stayed in unit 6, a two bedroom loft that had amazing light and very spacious. Location was perfect for me - I could walk or bike to work at St Lukes. It came furnished with everything I needed, and the landlord was very good at communication. The complex is gated and I felt safe throughout the year. All my needs were addressed during my stay.

Best Property Rental for Houston Medical Center

As a visiting medical student rotating at Houston Medical Center for the month, I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The space is clean, has modern appliances, and plenty of closet space. Covered vehicle parking was great, but it is also within easy walking distance of a metro stop to reach the entire medical center. The surrounding area is safe and fairly quiet (with intermittent ambulance sirens since its so close to the medical center). Internet speeds were fantastic for the work I needed to do. The property manager, Victor, responds to questions or concerns almost immediately, and he promptly solved any issues I had (barely any issues overall). He is also very helpful with local recommendations for places to eat. If I am ever in need of a short-term rental in Houston in the future, I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Highly recommend property

My father stayed here while receiving treatment at a hospital nearby. The owner was very responsive, easy to work with, and understanding. The property was well take care of and was very convenient, as it was walking distance to the medical district. Highly recommend this property and owner. We appreciated all his kindness and help during a challenging time.

I enjoyed my 18 min walk to work . Very close to the medical center. Unit has everything you need. Owner is super attentive and fast to respond. No complaints.

Perfect Accommodations

This was a great property to stay in. Not only is the property owner timely in responding to any questions, the property itself is pretty spacious and came fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, full washer-dryer, and streaming services already hooked up. It was clean abd well-organized, so I immediately felt at home from Day 1.

Previous Tenant

Very nice and spacious apartment. The landlord, V was always available and quick to respond with any needs or concerns that I had. You can not ask for a more accommodating host! The space is very comfortable. If I had to nitpick the only things would be the shower pressure is a little light and the mattress is a little firm for my liking otherwise it was easy to make this place feel like home away from home. I would definite recommend this property.

Host is very informative about the area and responds very fast to any questions! The area is safe and quiet. The property is very spacious and clean. Amazing location, walking distance to TMC. Stores and restaurants near by. When Im back working in TMC I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing spacious apartment in a safe area. It was an easy walk to the medical center. The entire apartment was clean and made the 5 month stay so much nicer. V was easy to contact with any issues and got back very quickly.

The place was clean, huge and had everything you need and the host was always helpful and quick to respond to text messages.I found the location very safe, walking distance to TMC, it saved me money on parking fees and gas. Houston Medical Center Apartment

I had a great time staying at here! Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable as advertised. The location was extremely convenient while working in the medical center for 6 weeks and the private covered parking garage saved a ton of money during my daily commute. The landlords were very kind and responsive; they even recommended nice restaurants and bars in the area that they thought Id enjoy which I appreciated! I would gladly stay here again.

This was an extremely convenient location while working in the med center! The apartment had everything you need from laundry, indoor parking as well as Wifi and Tv already in place. The host was extremely nice and was always a text or call away if I needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place

Perfect location (10-15 min walk to work). Beautiful property- clean, quiet, gated, code entry. Parking on premises provided. The communication with V was incredible, even when he was in another country. All appliances work, laundry included. the upstairs TV/loft area with bedroom was a nice addition. Great views of the medical center from the windows. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again if I do another assignment in Houston.

This property is in a great location! Very convenient to the hospital and not far from some great restaurants. The property comes with everything you need to make your stay easy and the landlord, Victor, is always just a call or text away! I would recommend this property to travelers headed to the Houston area.

Great place to stay

The condo is very nice and furnished with everything you need. Its close to hospitals and just about every eatery you can think of as well conveniently located to museums, the Houston Zoo and many other places. The owner Victor is accommodating and helpful. I could have not asked for a better landlord, I was grateful to find this place. It was a safe area too!! Many of the places listed are beautiful inside but are in very shady areas so I highly recommend this property.
