Excellent place, friendly owners

I was very pleased with my stay here. It's a private bedroom & restroom on the first floor of the house, off the kitchen separated by a sliding door. Jane and Tom live upstairs. They work from home (sometimes living at another property) but I had the space to myself more often than not -- occasionally we would pass each other in the kitchen or living room, or they'd invite some friends over for musical jams in the basement or drinks out back. Jane was my primary contact as a tenant and she was very responsive by text, reasonable, very friendly and easy to get along with -- we had some great philosophical conversations. The house is densely decorated with art, cool whatsits, and plants. The kitchen is pretty complete and I had half the fridge so it was easy to cook for myself and store food. It's also a short walk to a bunch of restaurants and a couple parks. Definitely recommend, it was an excellent set up and Jane was great!

I completed an 8-week assignment at Randall Childrens Hospital on labor and delivery. I drove from Nebraska to Portland. T and J were kind and hospitable throughout my stay. The neighborhood is pleasant and full of very kind people, I would see people out and about everyday jogging, or taking dogs on walks. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting and I would recommend staying here to anyone.
