A Lovely Place to Call Home

My partner and I lived in this lovely basement studio for almost two months and were very happy with our stay! The apartment was very thoughtfully and functionally designed. The location was excellent. The kitchen worked well for us, even as people who do a lot of cooking - the kitchen setup (hotplate, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven) managed all of our needs easily. We really appreciated the soundproofing between floors, the large windows, and effective heating system. Above all, Misa and Najon were very welcoming and easy to work with. We had our little dog with us, and they were very kind to her and to us! Thank you all. Highly recommend!

Great place to rent!

Misa and Najon were great landlords to have and were very responsive and understanding. My pup and I were very comfortable here and it is very spacious. I love that they have black out curtains which i didnt see until the last few weeks I was staying haha. Unfortunately the position in Portland didnt work out or else I would have stayed.

Perfect home away from Home.

This is by far the best apartment Ive rented in my time traveling. Just like the title says,M and N have made the perfect home away from home. I was able to be comfy and cozy in a city that just begs to be explored. And when you are feeling adventurous its close to countless restaurants and shops and bike lanes are very accessible. Unfortunately the position in Portland didnt work out, but at least the apartment was a good retreat from my job. I would not hesitate to contact the owners if I were ever in the area again.

Super clean and light!!

This place was so clean, well done and stocked with everything you could ever need. Very bright and well lit for a daylight basement apartment. Its in a great Piedmont neighborhood thats very walkable. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. They reply very quickly and are ready to help with anything you might need. Cute little private outdoor patio too! Enjoy!!!

Best experience possible!

M and N were nothing but exceptional landlords. I felt wanted and welcomed from the first conversation. Also, I wasnt expecting to become friends with landlords. Even though we grew to be close, they were always respectful of my privacy and space. The home they provide is comfortable and homey. They made every effort to make it as nice as possible. I appreciated their straightforward manner. Boundaries and respect were always clear. Their two boys, Chris and Frank are the sweetest pups you could know. The outdoor patio was a favorite place to spend my time. Comfy Adirondack chairs with charming patio lights. I was so sad to leave, but my travels for nursing took me elsewhere. I wouldnt have left had it not been for a life change. I couldnt have imagined a better stay!

Location! Location! Location!

I felt very lucky to have found this spot. The location is perfect. A quiet, safe, residential neighborhood within walking distance to everything you need - grocery stores, food carts, restaurants and the cute shops on Alberta. Bike routes abound, and the MAX stops less than 10 blocks away. M and Nwere great hosts who responded promptly to every question or request. The studio itself is homey and comfortable with great lighting. Both my husband and I stayed here for 6 months and found it very pleasant. We loved the fenced in patio where we could eat outside or entertain. I highly recommend this studio for your stay in Portland.

Large studio with amazing outdoor space

I loved my time at this property. The landlords were very friendly and have put a lot of energy into making the rental space and experience perfect. Anything I needed they were able to immediately help me with. This studio has a lot of space and includes a fenced in patio. My dogs felt right at home and had the best time here. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with a lot of restaurants and food trucks near by. I have no complaints and would recommend this apartment to any of my travel friends coming to Portland!

Great Landlord

The property is very conveniently located, with lots of great restaurants, food carts, and grocery stores near by. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the near by church bells add a great atmosphere while walking around the neighborhood. The landlords are wonderful people, and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying with them if you are in need of a short term rental. My favorite part of the apartment is the bathroom. The walk in shower has great water pressure, and the endless hot water tank is an excellent addition. Go see for yourself!
