Absolute worst rental experience

The actual property is nice and clean. BUT DO NOT LIVE HERE if you want privacy and rest! The landlords are a retired couple who watch the comings and goings of the apt extremely closely, to the point of accusing me of having a guest over when they saw a woman (myself) get into my car. They also entered the property without notice to check the toilet when I was out of town and went into my bedroom, turning lights on, etc. I was extremely uncomfortable as a single woman living there. They also charge $25/day for any guest. When you enter and exit the apt during the day, they are looking through the curtains. They lied about the deposit, & made me park a quarter of a mile down the road when the road was repaved instead of letting me park in the driveway. They also scheduled construction on the roof without telling me resulting in multiple days of no sleep between shifts. Lots of construction on neighboring houses. Walls are thin. Left early n lost $ bc I couldnt stand it!

Great stay

Fully furnished with everything you need. I worked at Stanford and the commute was easy, 25-30 minutes. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to any traveler.
