Quiet and Comfortable
Quiet and comfortable, very clean. The private bedroom and private bathroom met my needs perfectly. The owner respects my privacy, which is especially important as I'm a single woman. The kitchen is beautiful, a private refrigerator is provided, and parking is on the driveway. The location is close to I-5 and the city of Redding, as well as medical facilities. Plenty of sights to explore in the area. The mountains are gorgeous. Wifi is strong and reliable. I would definitely recommend this home and its owner.

Nice quiet, cozy room
Property owner is very nice and respectful the house is very spacious and very clean. It was very convenient for me to stay there considering my schedule at the hospital and I would come home sometimes late at night. Rent is due on time and Very prompt on cleaning after yourself I would highly recommend anybody looking for a room in Redding California to rent from here

Look no further!
The house itself is very clean, well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. What sets it apart from other listings is Dan, who is an outstanding landlord/roommate. He is always available if you need him, and made sure you had what you needed. I worked the night shift at a hospital and really appreciated that he was especially considerate about keeping the house quiet on my workdays. If you are looking for a comfortable home to return to after a long day at work, look no further. I was very blessed to have met Dan and stayed in his home for the time that I did. This is the place to stay!
I was very fortunate to find this place and more importantly to meet Dan! The house is spacious and in a a quiet neighborhood. Dan answered any questions I had. He was very professional and a great communicator. Im very blessed to have meet Dan and felt safe staying at his home. I would rent a room from him without hesitation if I ever travel through Redding California again. Respectfully, Anthony (RT)
