Beautiful Home

We will absolutely be returning, everything was so nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed how beautiful the art complimented the furniture, and the color schemes is something else, it was like being at a luxury hotel. Except this bed was like sleeping on clouds. The pool is so refreshing and We didn't have to travel for the gym since their was one available on the next floor. The river walk and all of south town just steps away . We could would walk to the Blue Star for brunch and King Williams is right next door, we enjoyed some jazz and live music. Everything was absolutely perfect! Many thanks to Lo, for being so accommodating and welcoming, Also for suggesting the Blue Star me and my wife had a great time!

Great loft

I stayed here for three months and it was a great experience. The lift is the perfect size, which made moving in and out super easy. The furniture fits the loft layout really well, and the space feels comfortable and functional. The patio was definitely a highlightsuch a nice spot to relax. Would absolutely recommend

100% FAKE PICTURES, DECEPTIVE, GREEDY

Last-minute booking, no time to cancel. NOTHING in the listing pics was actually in the unit except the mattress and appliances. Furniture was old, damaged, uncomfortablesister said it came from the Salvation Army. Sheets had stains, dust, and hair. I had to buy $137 in bedding and cleaning supplies. Everything was dirty from the last tenant. No hand spray in the shower, loud pipe clanking in shower, thin towels, broken dishwasher, no icemaker, no vacuum. Key fobs didnt work for two daysI relied on neighbors to get in. Trash gate broken for 2 weeks. Parking floods. Poor constructionyou can hear whispers from the hall. Dirty windows, bent blinds, neglected outdoor area. He kept $225 cleaning and charged $225 pet deposit because of cat hair, even though unit wasnt clean when I arrived. He mistakenly charged two extra days and only refunded one. When I complained, he was unempathetic and told me to stop texting.

Fantastic stay

I stayed at this condo for 5 months and had a great experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the building amenities were a nice bonus. Luis was responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

See the unit before moving in, the pool is awesome tho!

L is a great host and he is very accommodating and understanding, he is willing to work with you to make sure you are comfortable and will try and solve any issues you come across during your stay, also the neighbours are so nice and helpful and make an effort to make you feel welcome. However the pictures of the furniture and decorations in the posting are not the actual furniture in the unit which I was let down by, I found the couch extremely uncomfortable which for a nurse who works nights it was difficult to find a place to unwind. Ultimately I was very surprised that both the dishwasher and the fridge were not working when I moved in, and although they were repaired during my stay I was shocked to find out at the end that repairing cost were deducted from my security deposit, even thought these are required to be provided by the landlord and were obviously broken when I moved in. I also did not received my Dog's deposit back. I would suggest seeing the place before booking.

Just Amazing

This property does not disappoint. There are so many things you can't see about this property from the photos including, extremely friendly and attentive neighbors. This building lends it self to a close community that will make you feel taken care of and right at home. The apt itself holds temperatures extremely well, having no issue keeping cool during hot days. The location is amazing, walking distance to three very good breweries, a small HEB, and even a small local grocery shop that has many local coffee options, CBD, and produce. The gym with in the walls of the apt building is incredibly clean, and has everything you could ask for. You can easily walk or run 0.4 miles and land yourself on the river walk right by the blue star brewery. The pool is just steps outside, and has wifi you can connect to even right by the pool. You will not regret renting this amazing, warm space.
