Wendy is an amazing host, available for anything needed and also gives lots of privacy. The apartment is beautiful, well lit and clean, with a lot of space and everything needed to live comfortably. The area is quite, with a nice park and bike\walking route near the house. There is a good selection of grocery stores in the neighboring main streets. Accessible to Sandia labs with public transportation, although having a car in the city is a big plus. If I ever come to Albuquerque again, no doubt this will be my first choice of where to stay.
A safe and quiet neighbourhood, the apartment is a short walk away from the Target and shops on Montgomery Blvd. I stayed here during a 3 month research trip to Sandia, and would catch the no. 2 bus down Eubank to work in the morning, it's about a 20-min walk to the bus stop. W is a great landlord, would gladly stay here again.
A beautiful, comfy casita thats in the perfect location for anyone new to ABQ. Wendy is a phenomenal host & made me & my pup feel very welcomed & at home. She gives you plenty of privacy but is always available & very helpful if you need anything. I would recommend this place to everyone & would definitely stay here again. We loved it!
This was a wonderful place to land while looking for a permanent home in ABQ. Apartment is clean, comfortable and private with lots of storage... quiet neighborhood has easy access to explore the mountains and all parts of the valley. A perfect home-away-from-home!
This was a beautiful and cozy Casita and part of the reason my stay in ABQ was so wonderful. The space is private, safe,and feels like a home away from home. Also, a great location with grocery stores at the front of the neighborhood and a 10-15 minute commute from UNM and downtown. I loved driving into the neighborhood and seeing the Mountains. When I wasn't working I enjoyed sitting poolside or swimming on nice sunny days. Laundry was a breeze and sharing the laundry area was very convenient. The kitchen area is the perfect size for cooking meals with a burner or 2. W is a very hospitable and welcoming host. She respects your privacy but is also close-by for a friendly conversation or help with whatever you may need. Not to mention, her sweet dog Sadie is also added security and let's you know when someone is near or if she's ready for pets. If I had the opportunity to stay here again I would take it in a heartbeat. If this property is available , jump on it while you can! 10/10
