Spacious Bright Room in Gonzaga Area (2nd level)

Beautiful quiet home

I stayed here for three months as a traveling nurse. It was very quiet and had a feel of an apartment with in a home. The price is inexpensive and the best price I found. I would recommend this place and the land lords are professional and have all the amenities you need in this furnished home. Safe travels

BEST STAY IN SPOKANE

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect furnished room during my travel assignment, here in Spokane. Affordable rent, very accommodating and friendly owners, central to everything, 10 min drive to Deaconess and Sacred Heart hospital, quiet and clean housemates, very large bathroom with walk-in shower, lots of free parking, safe neighborhood near Gonzaga University, in-unit washer/dryer, mini fridge, microwave, sink and dish-ware located in your own room. 10/10 would recommend!

Best place I've stayed at in Spokane

Perfect home like setting. Quiet, relaxing place to be when not working all that overtime. Great location, close by to all the tempting restaurants. Very clean, well maintain home. Had everything I needed. I'll definitely stay here again if I work a contract in Spokane.

Perfect for a Traveler

Lisa is the best landlord you can ask for! The arch room was perfect and cozy, literally everything you needed while I stayed there. Upstairs bathroom is awesome and kitchen had all things as well. Felt safe and just 8min from the hospitals and close by restaurants/things to do!

Beautiful Craftsman Restored Home Gonzaga area

Beautiful, clean restored craftsman home with very attentive owners who will make sure your stay is comfortable! L and her husband made the process seamless and described the extra large room just as it was. This was my first travel nurse assignment and cleanliness, safety and location were important to me. I lucked out finding this GEM of a rental!

Lisa was really easy to work with and very responsive. Always making sure we are doing alright at the property. Lisa always took care of any issues right away and I have nothing but good things to say about this property. The property description well reflects to meet our needs during the stay. All in all I would recommend this place for travel healthcare professionals or for anybody looking for a place in Spokane. This place is a gem.
