Stay away!!! Part 1

Pictures are worth 1000 words except here. This property, while in photos, appears charming, it's a tenant's nightmare. Prepare yourself to sweat profusely night and day. Make sure to bring shower shoes, too. The property, although charging a reasonable $250 for cleaning, is clearly very neglected. And a superficial dusting is all they do. I was lucky enough to have been the one to find prescription drugs under the couch before my kids did. The pantry has some dry goods, which expired sometime between 2018-2021. The backyard is riddled with weeds and other shrubbery your pets may likely be allergic to. We have over $2000 in vet bills to confirm this. There are plants inside as well; some are toxins for cats and others for kids and pets. But you get to learn botany and help keep plants alive? Giving credit where it's due, I will note some improvements appear to have been made since my stay there on 30 September 2023, although seeming cosmetic repairs.
