Sugar Land Greatwood Retreat Furnished and Utilities Included

Good for families.

We loved staying in this home. It was myself, my wife, and our three children, and small dog. The park is literally right next door, which was perfect for our kids. We didn't hear any noise from it either. The kitchen was a good size, as well as the living room and furniture. The bedrooms were comfortable, as well as the bathrooms. Lots of light and close to a lot of stuff. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Lots of shaded sidewalks to enjoy, as well as two lakes to walk around and enjoy as well. Just a short drive to downtown Houston with museums and eateries and lots to explore. Also, a short drive to downtown Sugarland with lots of other eateries and things to explore. Our favorite being the Sugarland location of the HMNS.The backyard was fenced, but the gate does not have a lock, so this is something to keep in mind if you have pets. VERY short commute to work if you are working in Sugarland. Good communication with realtor.Overall, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Short Term Stay

We needed a short term place to stay while we renovated our home. This is a great place for kids as the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house was cozy and had ample room for our family. We really enjoyed being close to multiple parks for our little one to play at. Erika was very responsive and really flexible as our renovation took longer than originally expected. If there was any issue she was quick to respond and help.
