Amazing stay!! Amazing host!

What was originally meant to be a short term rental for 3 months, turned into an extended stay for 3 years! I rented from March 2023 to July 2026. Resa is a very gracious host, kind, and responsive. It is a nice neighborhood and the neighbors really look out for each other. I had a very cozy stay, made lots of great memories here, and met roommates that turned into long term friends. Any repairs that were needed in the house were fixed in a timely manner. Resa really makes sure that everyone has a comfortable stay. I highly recommend renting a room here!

Perfect Stay

Resa was an excellent host responding promptly to all messages and any concerns. The room was clean and comfortable. Private bathroom, shared kitchen, laundry on site, plenty of parking, safe neighborhood. I wouldn't change a thing about my stay.

Home away from home

This unit is exactly what I expected and more! The room is spacious with a sufficient walk-in closet, in addition to a large dresser. There is even a desk for individuals (like me) who find themselves working/studying after coming back home. This unit also comes with a separate, private bathroom. The upstairs kitchen for tenants comes stocked with cutlery, appliances, and even spices for your own use! The owner herself is very accommodating and supplies whatever it is you might need for a more comfortable stay. Overall, I would recommend this unit to any traveling professional.

My home away from home

My time at Resa's home was amazing! Resa is a very attentive host. Any issues with maintenance that I had were taken care of in a timely manner. She is very friendly and did not intrude on my privacy. I would stay at Resa's again if the opportunity presented itself!

great amenities and great location

My time at Resas home went great, she was friendly and attentive and I really enjoyed the kitchen which was stocked with anything you could need. The location is close to many hospitals in the area. Overall would recommend to any traveler!

Resa is the Best!

This place was perfect for me as it was near the hospital I was working at. The best part was the owner, R. She was so accommodating, always reachable, approachable and so helpful. She takes time for the little things, always receptive to feedback and was very proactive when it came to things around the house. She was by-far one of the best landlords I have ever had and her house was honestly such a warm, comforting environment. Everything is taken care off which makes this place ideal. I can not recommend R's place enough!
