Excellent stay

Very neat, modern and up to date condo. The owner is very understanding, considerate and will check in on you from time to time. There is an added monthly cleaning which makes it even better. Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet ambiance. Hospitals within close range. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, Quiet, 1Bdrm Condo

This property was very nice. It is conveniently located in Downtown Fresno and a couple blocks from CRMC. There is also a grocery store right next door(walking distance). The condo was clean, quiet, and had every amenity you could imagine. You just bring yourself and food! There is a reserved space for your car. The gates utilized a clicker. As a female, I always felt safe. I would run/work-out at night around 8-9pm on the tennis court and in the gym located on the property. The people are nice and the complex grounds are kept very clean. The owner K was extremely nice and accommodating. She provides a cleaning service that comes once a month, (she gives you the date/time), and they do an amazing job. I highly recommend staying here. If I return to Fresno, I will be staying here again!

A great find

I have to start off by saying that the most notable thing for me is that the homeowners are both incredibly nice and pleasant to talk to. They make sure that you're comfortable and provide everything a traveler would need outside of food and clothing. Any issues that I had were quickly dealt with when noticed. The apartment itself is very comfortable and cute, with one of the most comfortable beds and recliners. The enclave is located directly next to a busy interstate; however, it is on top of a hill and there is a wall built in between so noise from the cars passing underneath are not noticable in the slightest. Another nice thing is having your own parking space under a car port. This area is also gated and has it's own security guard at night which only adds to the feeling of security. A little on the expensive side yes, but you get what you pay for!

Great owners and cute condo

This is a really cute condo. Every thing was brand new when I stayed. They supplied me with everything I could possibly need and then some. Really close to CRMC ( I walked to and from work each day) and only 15 minute drive to Clovis. The owners are very nice and quick to respond if I needed anything. Wish I could have stayed longer. It might be more expensive than renting a room in someone else's house but the solitude of having the place to myself was well worth it.
