The Perfect Stay

Jessica and Anthony were the best host!! This location was perfect and the home is beautiful. If we could have stayed longer we definitely would. This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed in. Parking was great, it was quiet and clean and we felt very safe. They have the cutest little dog Meeko. The bed was perfect to sleep, very comfortable. The couch was also very comfortable and temperature of the house was always cozy. We couldnt have asked for a better situation!! Thank you Jessica and Anthony .

The Best Choice

This place is my favorite rental Ive ever been in. J & A were always attentive and responsive. The house itself was super clean and had everything one could need. Its very spacious and decorated immaculately. It was a good mix of vintage pieces and modern additions, like the large smart TV. I felt very comfortable and safe for my whole stay. Theres even a long driveway to conveniently park your car and the neighbors were friendly. The owners did not skimp out on the quality of appliances and furniture. All the appliances were new and were easy manage. The bed and sheets felt luxurious. The central AC was a godsend. There were also ceiling fans in every room and plug in fans for extra air circulation. I worked nights and slept days and didnt have a problem with noise from the other unit. Overall 10/10! You wont regret staying here.

Charming Apartment in a Great Location

This home is absolutely perfect! I stayed here for six months and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. The apartment is lovely - it's an old-fashioned, iconic shotgun style home in the heart of New Orleans. The place is tastefully decorated with hints of tropical southern charm and homage to the New Orleans' music scene. The apartment is in a great location - a short distance to City Park where you can enjoy the many offerings of the park or hop on the street car to head to the French Quarter or down to St. Charles Ave, down the street from I-610 for easy travel to other parts of the city, and about 10-15 minutes to numerous hospitals throughout New Orleans. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. I felt secure knowing that J and A were right next door! They are wonderful landlords. J always made sure to notify me if there would be any maintenance done around the house, and she answered any of my questions in a timely manner. Plus, they gave tips for things to do in NOLA.
